Public invariants
- The input-output ratio comes from local 30-day usage, then a user choice, then a workload-community ratio, and finally a one-to-one fallback.
- Only routes with available PRE_TAX cost, non-unknown evidence, complete components, provenance, and current evidence enter the market index.
- Personal credits, private discounts, and short personal promotions are excluded from the public market index.
- Eligible absolute blended prices are normalized around their median, which is represented by index 100.
Limitations
- The index is dated evidence, not a live quote or a claim that every provider is covered.
- The market index does not include a user's private commercial terms; personalized projections remain private.
- Price does not override exact-model, capability, data-policy, reliability, budget, or connection gates.
