Grandet projects provider quality from six separately visible dimensions while keeping quality, price, and route selection separate.

Public invariants
- The fixed dimension weights are reliability 35, billing truth 20, capacity and rate behavior 15, time to first token 10, generation speed 10, and evidence breadth and freshness 10.
- A numeric score requires complete weighted coverage and either Grandet official evidence or at least three independent public evidence sources.
- Incomplete coverage remains PARTIAL, insufficient corroboration remains UNVERIFIED, and confirmed identity fraud caps a publishable score at 20.
- Price is excluded from provider quality and cannot be inferred from this method.
Limitations
- A score summarizes the dated evidence window; it is not a service guarantee.
- Missing or stale evidence is not converted to a zero score or silently treated as checked.
- The public method describes the canonical implementation and does not recalculate provider facts in the website.
